Online sales delivery information.
We despatch orders from our online shop within 3-5 working days and, where possible, parcels are sent using the Royal Mail First Class Signed for service.
Are the products washable?
Yes, all of our fabrics are heat set and this makes them washable. We recommend a cool machine or hand wash followed by an iron on the reverse. Ironing on the reverse and gentle washing helps the prints on our products last.
Are the products lightfast?
The information provided with our inks states that…
“The ink colours have light-fastness ratings of at least 6/8 on the Blue Wool scale - in fact most of the colours received ratings of 8/8.”
This information does not cover the base fabrics that we use which may experience some fading, like any natural fabric will, when exposed to direct sunlight.
Will the products age well?
Everyday use of our products will soften them over time. We think that these signs of wear enhance each item and compliments their hand printed nature.
